Languages are learned by speaking: this is the basic principle of the inlingua method.

Through dialogue, the teacher maintains a constant connection with the student, encouraging them to speak, and fostering their learning and participation skills. While grammar is not neglected, the teaching is primarily oriented toward conversation, providing the active and passive skills necessary to perform their roles in international professional contexts.

Through periodic assessments, the instructor evaluates progress and identifies challenges until the desired objective is achieved. Our periodic reporting systems, designed for company managers, allow them to evaluate the results achieved and provide appropriate and ongoing feedback for the training program. Once the objective is achieved, the monitoring process is completed with useful recommendations for continuing the training program.

All inlingua teachers are qualified native speakers, constantly updated, and hold internationally recognized qualifications. They have completed inlingua International's special Teacher Training program and use the teaching materials developed by the Central Management in Bern for all locations.
